Hi,
Is there any difference in the shutdown or suspend APIs to handle Hybrid Sleep, or is it handled "under the covers" per the power settings?
-- Thanks, Robert Tonsing

Hybrid sleep
Pretty much under the covers. Suspend saves your RAM whilst putting your machine in a low power state, shutdown saves whatever it can, removes what's in the RAM and cuts power to your machine.
